Arrests
-- Rodrigo Murillo-Reyes, 26, of an unlisted address on Holly Road in San Carlos Park, was arrested Thursday on a charge of inhaling dangerous chemicals. Deputies allege Murillo-Reyes was huffing brake cleaner when they found him.
-- Esbin Alturo Gomez, 25, of 2212 Pennsylvania Ave., Bonita Springs, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of petty theft. Deputies allege Gomez tried to shoplift an 18-pack of Budweiser beer valued at $12.99 from the Publix at 3306 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs.
-- Gaspar Rodriguez, 48, a homeless man in Bonita Springs, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of open container.
-- Michael Vaughn Thornton, 19, of 9668 Horne Lane, Estero, was arrested Thursday on a charge of petty theft and underage possession of alcohol. Deputies allege Thornton stole an 18-pack of Bud Light beer from the Circle K convenience store at 13391 Danport Blvd., Fort Myers.
Grand theft
-- An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing Wednesday from the Quizno’s store at 16520 U.S. 41, Fort Myers.
-- Computer equipment valued at $1,335 was reported stolen Wednesday from a vehicle parked at Carrabba’s Italian Grill at 27220 Bay Landing Drive, Bonita Springs.
