Add another dimension to your time on the water with quality optics. There’s more to see out there than just waves, islands, oyster bars and high-end real estate.
Bird watching is a very popular and rewarding pastime. One of the unique features of our area is the number and variety of bird species that serious bird watchers visit Southwest Florida to observe. Water birds and wadding birds are just a few of the beautiful and majestic critters one may have a close encounters with, especially with the aid of optics.
Observing the habits and habitat these wonderful creatures live in and their position in the ecological mosaic, can add some real color to any day on the water.
There are inexpensive field guides for the novice watcher plus some free info online and at area state and county parks. It’s a real mind and eye opener and some very extraordinary eye candy.
