Tom Sansbury, vice president of the Barron Collier Companies, announced the launch of Ave Maria Realty and the appointment of Joanna Fish as its first on-site Realtor. The new company will focus on the marketing of the luxury condominiums in La Piazza, Ave Maria’s Town Center.

La Piazza consists of a series of European-styled buildings encircling the Oratory in Ave Maria’s Town Center. The second and third floors of five of the six buildings feature luxuriously appointed condominium units in several floor plans. Two and three bedroom flats range from 1,200 to more than 1,700 square feet of living space. Most offer balconies or terraces with town center views. Covered parking and secured entrances are included.

Fish is a 10-year resident of Naples and has served as an on-site sales professional in multiple Naples communities. She has lived in Providence, R.I., where she worked as a high school English teacher and a performing artist. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors and the Ave Maria Founders Club.

Ave Maria is at the intersection of Oil Well and Camp Keais roads in eastern Collier County. The main entrance on Oil Well Road, west of Camp Keais, leads to the community’s sales center.

Good luck trying to sell these condos in this market! Make sure you tell people about all of the related fees they will be paying when they live in Ave Maria. I have heard it is VERY expensive to live out there with all of the added fees.

Since March 6, coyotes have been fingered in a string of attacks against dogs, cats and goats in Lee and Collier counties. Coyotes have killed three small dogs, injured three others, and caused a man who came into contact with the coyote’s saliva and a woman who was bitten by one to have rabies shots.
