FORT MYERS Lee County Board of County Commissioners will have a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Pine Ridge Government Complex at 8:30 a.m., October 13 at 15650 Pine Ridge Road in south Fort Myers.
The Complex will have offices for the Lee County Tax Collector’s Office, Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Iona McGregor Fire District and Lee County Emergency Medical Services.
Lee County Commissioner, Ray Judah, will serve as master of ceremonies. He will be joined by numerous officials from the tenants of the complex. The project will cost $ 10,900,000.
The ceremony is open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend the festivities.

DeAngelis Diamond Construction so all the work will be given out to local subcontractors I would think.
