The FGCU men's golf team finished fifth at the Big 5 Invitational in Flourtown, Pa., on Sunday.
The Eagles' Josh Leppo, a Gulf Coast High School graduate, shot a 72 to finish eighth overall at 3-over 145. Teammates Michael Hart and Kyle Hammond tied for 17th at 149. Zach Robinson tied for 29th at 152, and Brandon Pena tied for 43rd at 155.
FGCU shot a 297, one shot better than in the first round, but dropped a spot and finished at 595, behind Temple (587), Seton Hall (588), William & Mary (589) and Villanova (593).
