— A 40-year-old woman was arrested Sunday for shooting a man during a domestic dispute, the Lee County Sheriff's Office reports.

Christine Roeby of 20251 Langdon Road has been charged with attempted second degree murder.

According to the report, deputies were dispatched about 5:15 p.m. to Langdon Road in Alva about a shooting in the area.

When deputies arrived they found the victim Ryan Foster, 30, of 20251 Langdon Road. Foster told deputies that he was shot at his home and once he was shot, he ran out of the home to a neighbor’s house to ask for assistance, the report said.

Deputies went to 20251 Langdon Road where they encountered Roeby in the driveway. Deputies secured the home and took Roeby into custody without incident.

Roeby and Foster have been living together for the past six months, the report said.

Foster was listed in stable condition.

Huh BeetleI think you've had a few too many alcoholic beverages this evening.
What the hell does age have to do with it?
If the woman is older your going to get shot?
Isn't it a bit difficult to find a mate EXACTLY the same age? LOL

Women mature faster than men ergo an older man and a younger woman are at about the same level of maturity.
A man with an older women is seeking a mommy.
An woman with a younger man is fooling herself.
That's where the control issue comes in.
Best yet is a very young woman with an older gent (Hooje yo' Daddy?)
