Quite the mansion he was living in on 111th, across from the graveyard. LOL Possibly he should check in; they have a section for vermin.

swamp, puffy, you are not required to submit to a search of your vehicle, or your person, including your fingerprints. You are not even required to speak.
Because the right to drive carries with it the legal requirement for a drivers license and insurance, you are required to produce same for examination.
In this case the deputies had probable cause to make an arrest. They then have the right to search the vehicle, and/or make an "inventory search."
I don't know if case law has been established yet on field fingerprinting after arrest, but you are required to provide fingerprints when being booked.

The teacher was not "politically correct" in the manner she handled the situation, but the level of classroom stress must have been extreme.
A child with Asperger's should be schooled in a special ed class. They have no "intent" to be "bad" or disruptive, but they make it difficult for a learning atmosphere to exist. They have a form of Autism, and can't easily control their actions.
Apparently, in this situation, a definitive diagnosis had not yet even been made.

The human species has morphed into an amalgamation of silly-putty soft Fat Albert caricatures, terrified of their own shadows, seeking the omnipotent big-daddy govt. to protect them, and wipe their inconsequential butts.
And some wonder why we've become a second rate nation.

With the current economic conditions, they are far better off to take the installment payments. That probably won't happen however, because those playing the lottery are on average not already financially secure. They feed their ego by making the big mistakes: Letting everyone know they are the winner, thus insuring every leach they ever knew will be coming out of the woodwork looking for a "loan". They are generally not sophisticated enough to sit back for a couple months and do nothing, spend nothing. They feed on the exuberance, and buy in to "great investments", losing all or most of the money in only a few years.
Now with that advice, I have to go check my numbers.

Sanity, what was that you said, something to the effect that no black Muslim with the middle name Hussein will ever be elected president of this country? We'll, he's elected, and he's not Muslim, which makes you not only a racist, but also a liar.
You have lots of company, but they quit posting.
