Don't worry, 5th ave. will be mostly empty buildings and long gone memories by the end of this summer thanks to an insane city council, consistent crappy food these places put out and everything moving North anyways.

Couple a poor economy with 70 year olds who can't taste anymore and don't want anyone having fun past 10pm and you will have many, many empty storefronts.
