BlueTonguedVole, I'm just a simple working class fool who bought in the Estates years ago because it was all I could afford, and now I must drive everywhere to get what I need. This program is meant to support "top-rated" banks? Perhaps Ms. Layden should check out the rating for TIB Bank at bankrate.com. She would see that TIB has only 1 star out of 5. They are not as strong as they are telling the public.
