People who want to victimize children have a lot in common, they go where children are.

They go to scouts, little leagues, schools, Sunday Schools and they target children. They stalk them like prey.

Question every adult in your child;s life, look at them with skepticism, If they seem creepy they are creepy, if they want to be around your child a little too much, dump them, if they offer to drive your kid home, run away as fast as you can.

They do not call them predators for nothing.

Disregarding the obvious economic stupidity of the issue, this is an island location surrounded by roads that have four lanes of traffic. The reason this parcel has never gained a foothold in 30 years is that you can not get there. You can not walk from 5th to 41/10 area comfortably. It is a dead zone and a park would be a ghost town.

oh golly a pipe lets use this as a training exercise so we can play with all of our new fancy toys that we bought but will never have a use for. Maybe we can break out those fancy suits.

A pipe, really a car catches fire and someone standing around looks over sees a pipe and closes the highway.

Next time there is a cat up a tree they should check it for explosives.

Nevermind that is someone needed to get to or from an emergency they likely would be dead because of the traffic jam and not being able to. This endangered the public more than it protected them.

And anyone who equates this useless inconvenience with a terrorist attack should take the aluminum foil off their heads and go outside for some fresh air.

So one kid tries and gets a 70, another kid goes o the beach and does nothing and gets a 50,

Sound policy, fill the world with slackers and give them credit for not showing up. Make $10 an hour to show up for work, make $5 and hour to sleep in.
