So, a kid that gets a 100 in Physical Education and a 50 in math has a passing avg for these 2 courses of 75? What a bunch of . . . . No wonder we are still losing ground to other countries!

Wanna bet his case will be plea bargained down so that he will be eligible for parole some day? He'll back on the street just to save the taxpayers money we are spending on jails. You can see the pressure building on the parole broad in the future even the cost of government programs. There will be more when Obama is elected because that is what the majority want -- more spending on government benefits.

Civil union will not be affected, nor will same sex couple benefits. It only preserves "Marriage" as a union between a man and a woman. Why scare people into voting "no." I early-voted "yes."
