as usual the right wing has been so blinded by the "hate government" propaganda that they do not realize the stupidity of the situation.
Economy in trouble? Cut back on the govt. watchdogs who would bring in billions in savings--probably pay for their own salary thousand fold.

Penny wise and pound foolish.

Ditto the same situation with the SEC and other watchdog groups. Cut back on the regulators and what do you end up with?
Collapse of our economic system.
Let's stop this government "bad" nonsense.

Wake up! we need OVERSIGHT ANd GOOD GOVT!

Unless you know personally what is in the heart of John Riccio, you have no right to tell anyone "what he thinks" or what his motives are.

Suffice it to say, he served, his sons serve. He cares DEEPLY about bringing our troops home.

Anyone who says differently is a right wing deadhead. All you right wing sheeples out there, do not let Rush and the dozens of hate spewers form your opinion of what the left "thinks". They are 100% wrong.

If anyone watched Frontline last night on Atwater the mastermind of division and disgusting lies, you would have gotten a clear message on how they operate. It ain't pretty.

Mary,
tell me the middle name of McCain and Palin and why do you not use them on an ongoing basis?
You are not that naive,

or are you?

Bob Peteri,
You are angry at the hate and lies in this country?
Yours is the party of swift boating, smears, lies torture, deregulation illegal war and greed.
When angry crowds shout out "Kill him" "Terrorist", and boo, when McCain says Obama is a decent man. You really are calling the left full of hate?

Barack remains focused and above the angry mob frenzy. A cool head to run the country that is so close to chaos might not be a bad thing.

umleed,
It is entertaining reading your outrage-- OUTRAGE.. that your pork queen Palin might be misquoted.
All those subtle little lies.
Like the reformer being FOR the bridge before she was against it and hating earmarks?

Now about Obama, being a muslim, not born american...care to address that?

It is going to be such fun watching the real Palin unfold. Unless they keep her muzzled til the election.

Iraq attacked us on 911? Such an understanding of Iraq. terrorism and current history!
She is the Rush/Rove VP candidate.

VOTER CAGING IN NAPLES? The "moral" RNC will find ways to win besides getting votes.

It appears they started to do it in Naples this week.
If any registered Democrat got a mailing from McCain this week, dig it out and see if it says "you are a registered republican". Then check the envelope to see if it says DO NOT FORWARD.

That means all the snowbirds letters will be returned as "undeliverable" to the RNC...Why would they want that?
They could go to the voter list and possibly wipe them off as not living at that address.

Watch for this do not forward Flag and contact the election office.

The RNC sent out thousands this past week..maybe more.

Dirty tricks once again.

The show NOW on PBS did a show on how they did that in Ohio in 2004,recently an article in Rolling Stone magazine said they also did it in 2000. Get the word out.

Right wingers..are we whiners for calling out fraud?

Back barefoot in the kitchen?

You must be listening to Rush again. That is a rightwing radio comment.

Regarding family tho, you will all blast me for writing this...but families have to consider this stuff!

I am wondering how she is going to juggle things. Downs babys are special needs indeed and require a lot of time. Is her snowmobile racing husband going to give it all up to live in the white house in DC and take care of the baby? They are both on the trail now. But next year?

Is Brystol (who must be humiliated at being outed in front of the world) really marrying that young kid (who said he did not want kids on his myspace ), is he going to move to DC when his passion is hunting, dirtbikes and snowmobiling?

Will Mom be able to be there for her daughter, who will need her more then ever in her life with a new baby?

Not a sexist comment. Families make decisions all the time about moving to another job, or how to juggle work and family. This is one enormous juggle between Alaska and DC, especially if she has to be President.

I assume her priorities will be work? I HOPE for the world's sake?

TruthHurtz
you are barking up the wrong tree. No hypocrisy here.

Do you not understand that it is the PERSON we are investigating and not the woman? The right wing are hypocrits and spinners calling us sexist for investigating someone we have NO KNOWLEDGE of.

What is astounding to me, is that millions are rallying (for VP of the most powerful country in the world) around a pretty woman and PERSONALITY they have known for LESS then a week and she has yet to sit down and speak to the press. She has been scripted completely!

THAT is very telling about the political "sophistication" of our right wing friends.

Joe Kurna:
Regarding Michael Moore's letter about God, ya gotta read it! Very funny indeed. Of course Joe got it all wrong.

Moore was responding to that famous christian evangelist minister who asked the right wingers to pray for storms for the Dems convention. Nice eh?

What a sense of humor god had in answering that heartfelt "effective" prayer! Sweet irony.

gone fishin and righties.
Today I got the same right wing "truth" email forward, from several people. Now I open the link from FISHIN, and it is again the same bogus email.
Are you all on drugs? Half a brain there? that you believe right wing forwards..all proven to be false by snopes?
Or is TRUTH, so slippery and variable in your world that an uncle who is alive does not exist?

Obama's uncle who was in WW2 was introduced at the Convention. But your email about "TRUTH" says he did not exist!

Wanna 'splain how you are screaming about TRUTH, and spreading unauthored proven snoped lies?

Are you all really such gullible sheeples?

Common Fishy and nojoice,

tell me how you post lies over and over under the guise of truth.

It is remarkably Orwellian.
