If you use PayPal you will not get scammed like this guy did. PayPal acts as a go between and holds the money until the goods are delivered.

This just goes to show that some members of the Rebublican party will stoop to whatever tactics they can to scare people into not voting for Obama. Fear based on lies is all this is and sadly enough some people aren't smart enough to see through this.

The water rates in Naples are high enough to prevent most folks from waisting water. Watering a full size lawn 3 days a week will result in a water bill that is considerably higher then your FPL bill.
