Like there is not enough vacant buildings to do this on some already bankrupt property. Why on earth do these people keep getting away with this stuff. Developers killed this place, lessons learned yet???

Just another demonstration of how the people we put in gov't do not listen to the constituents. What's the point of having a voice if it is never heard. Maybe the public should rally to have him ousted... just a thought!
